When do I get my parcel?
Your order ships within 1 to 2 working days and delivery takes 5 to 10 working days after that. The tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships, and the Order tracking page follows it for you. Everything else is in the Shipping Policy.
What name will appear on my bank statement?
nuvaneo.com (some banks write NUVANEO), because Nuvaneo is the shop selling this product. It's a single payment. If you accept an extra item after checkout, that item shows as its own payment on the same day. We have no subscriptions and we never charge a card later.
What if I need to cancel or fix my address?
Both are free until the parcel ships. Contact us and quote your order number. Already shipped? You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
